Our veg' N burger mix contains gluten from barley flakes, oats flakes, rye flakes, and wheat flakes.
To our knowledge, of the ingredients contained in the product, only celery can cause allergic reactions in some people.
One packet yields about four burgers:
- Thoroughly mix packet contents with 200 ml of boiling water. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Mix again lightly and, with wet hands, form burgers into 1-cm-thick patties.
- Frying pan: Cover a frying pan liberally with oil. Heat. Fry the burgers over medium heat until golden brown.
- Deep fryer: Heat oil to about 160°C. Deep-fry the burgers until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
