Our veg' N patties contain some almond flour.

Each packet yields about 15 patties:

  • Thoroughly mix packet contents with 200 ml of boiling water. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Stir lightly and, with wet hands, form the batter into 4-cm-wide patties.
  • Frying pan: Cover a frying pan liberally with oil. Heat. Fry the patties over medium heat.
  • Deep-fryer: Heat a deep-fryer to 160°C. Deep-fry the patties for about 5 minutes.
